This class is well-suited for older men and women or anyone who has difficulty getting up and down from the floor or anyone who enjoys a gentle, beneficial type of mindful movement.
Done in chairs, with a few standing with chair support movements, the class is easy but so helpful for staying flexible, strong and balanced. Class starts with a short meditation and ends with a body scan and deep relaxation. Dress comfortably and have a chair with no arms. No special equipment needed. Beginners are warmly encouraged.
