Our Chair T’ai Chi and Yoga Class is an ongoing class for older men and women or anyone who has difficulty getting up and down from the floor. You may start any time and No experience is necessary.  Beginners are warmly encouraged. Dress comfortably – all you need is a sturdy chair with no arms.  The class is beneficial, gentle and fun.

Combining movements from Gentle Hatha Yoga with T’ai Chi exercises, this class offers folks who enjoy an easy approach or who have trouble getting up and down from the floor the perfect experience of movements, meditation and relaxation for health and well being.  You may choose to stand or sit (or some of each) depending on your ability and preferences.  Now offered on the Zoom platform with space available

Cost: Offered on a sliding scale:  $50/75/100 for 10 classes to be used in 12 weeks OR $6/9/12 to drop in for one class.  This is an ongoing class so you may start any time.
