Here you will find classes and workshops, retreats, support and resources for a community of women over 60 who value living mindfully and aging consciously.
Our later years bring us to a unique chapter in this sacred journey of life; a time when we are given both opportunities and challenges that we haven’t known before. We are being called into elderhood during perilous times and looking to find the courage, wisdom and compassion to walk this path with dignity and grace.
As we face the ever-changing realities of our dear aging bodies, we are also drawn to deepen our spiritual lives, to turn our attention inward and slow down into our kinder, wiser selves. We are getting better at accepting changes, letting go and allowing grief. We are also enjoying a new sense of freedom as we leave behind earlier roles and claim and celebrate our authentic, older, wonderful selves.
Many of us are interested in strengthening practices that sustain us and give meaning to our lives such as meditation and prayer, silence and stillness, compassion and creativity, communing with nature and nurturing connections with family, friends and community. My programs and services are designed to do just that.
My name is Linda L. Davis, MSW. At 74 years old I have distilled a lifetime of skills and practices acquired as a Holistic Health and Wellness Counselor, Clinical Social Worker, Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, Yoga Therapist and Conscious Aging Facilitator.
These days I delight in offering groups, classes, retreats and private sessions for older women. My intention is to help you find peace and balance in your later years by providing support, guidance, teachings and practices designed to help you navigate these rich and challenging times.
